Paintings are shipped unframed and carefully protected for safe delivery.

After placing your order, I will contact you to confirm payment and shipping details.

All works are made of dry pastel medium on paper and require careful handling. To exclude shedding of pigment or ingress of moisture during shipment, the paintings are packed in mat. Customer shall frame the work by himself under the glass/plexiglass and with the use of passepartout in order to prevent damaging the work.

Delivery Terms

Delivery within Kyiv is free of charge. Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta after full prepayment.

Delivery to any country in the world (except Russia and Belarus) — when placing an order, the system calculates the delivery cost (DHL service), as well as the full prepayment for the cost of the painting, courier services, and the necessary permits for exporting the paintings from the country.

Terms and Conditions for Returning Goods and Money

You can return a new product without any signs of use within 14 days from the date of purchase (with the exception of printed publications in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994).

Important! The product must not lose its marketable appearance. The packaging must be preserved.

The money is refunded in the same way in which it was paid when purchasing the goods.
