Purchasing an Original Painting

Original paintings available for purchase can be ordered directly through this website. Select the painting you would like to purchase, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.

If you have any questions about a painting or experience any difficulty with payment, please contact us at support@kavura-art.com. We will be happy to assist you and, when necessary, arrange an alternative payment method.

Shipping

All original paintings are shipped from Italy. Worldwide shipping is available, with the exception of Russia.

International orders are normally shipped by DHL. Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown during checkout.

Paintings are carefully and securely packed for international transport. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so that you can follow its journey.

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within a few business days. For some destinations, including the United States and the United Kingdom, additional export documentation may be required. In these cases, preparation may take up to one week.

Framing

Original pastel paintings are shipped unframed. This makes international transport safer and allows you to choose framing that suits both the artwork and your interior.

Pastel paintings should be professionally framed under glass. We recommend taking the artwork to a professional framer after delivery.

Customs & Import Charges

Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. Any such charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
